Brrrrr...cold hands, warm hearts
The kids had a good first day of school. Everyone was nice to them and they felt somewhat comfortable. Their second day was a snow day, as well as their third! Above is their first snow man with the help of a couple neighbors.
Building with Dad.
Grace made us a delicious meal of spaghetti with homemade sauce.
Manny is enjoying the dogs. This is Happy. Mercy sings Santa Claus is coming to town like this: " You better not pout. You better not mad. You better not be mean to my little dog Happy Hapster..Santa Claus is coming to town."
Ranger is not bothered by the activity of a large family!
Adjusting to life with cold weather.
Movie and cuddle time!
Our backyard at the beginning of the snow. Yes I posted these backwards. HeHe.
As for me, I am so enjoying being home with the kids. They are all wonderful kids and I am so honored to call them mine for the journey.

You are awesome Lisa!
Awesome! Enjoy your days together!
Hello to Grace from Hannah! We were looking at pictures and she was so happy to see Salam again.
Looks and sounds like things are going wonderfully! I wanted to comment on the shyness. When our girls came home, Journee was not the least bit shy and still isnt ;-)
Meya on the other hand, would all but crawl under the table if a man tried to talk to her. She avoided eye contact with even women, but if men spoke to her, she didnt even respond. I would say it took about 6 months for her to come out of her shell and look at Calvin in the eyes. It will take some time, but she will adjust to our lifestyle in the US and open up! A day will come where you will see her laughing loudly with a group of other girls, and yell "Mom, Im coming!", and it will amaze you how far she has come :-) A day may even come where you have to say "Shhh... there are other people in the waiting room, you need to wisper."
Sounds like you all are doing great, love seeing the photos!
